Rental/Expat service

The Rental department of Best Intermediair Vastgoed Makelaardij has many years of experience in managing expat services for companies, which have employees from foreign countries, stay for several months or years in The Netherlands.

Our service is more than just renting a place to stay. There's much more that needs to be arranged. One arrives in a unfamiliar country, (most likely) does not speak the language and is probably not custom to our local habits. Then it is of great value to receive additional support.

And that is exactly what our Expat Service offers.

Under the inspiring guidance of Gerrie Royackers, Best Intermediair Vastgoed Makelaardij has rapidly expanded its business in the rental and letting of exclusive accommodations. Thanks to the many positive experiences that our customers have had throughout the past few years, BIVM has been able to obtain a good position in this market sector. Thanks to the word-of-mouth advertising which has resulted from this, many new tenants have been able to use our excellent services.

In recent years there has been a marked growth in expats and private individuals looking for a place to live in the Eindhoven region. Eindhoven and the surrounding areas have a large expat community, a further advantage for families with children that they are able to send their children to an International school, (primary and secondary) located in Eindhoven.

Our aim is to create a pleasant and reliable working relationship with all our clients. We look at their needs on an individual basis. Due to this we are often asked to carry out additional services like, for example, assistance with regard to (temporary) relocation in the surrounding areas of South-East Brabant. We are, of course happy to help and we ensure that all our clients will continue to receive the same high quality which they accept as part of our service.

We are aware that an efficiently carried out expat service is vitally important whenever people relocate. As most individuals know moving and relocating can be a very stressful business. We assure all our clients that we will offer assistance with their relocation, making the entire procedure less complicated and easy to follow. We assist with practical matters such as administration and immigration and of course many other things. This enables our clients to focus in their individual personal matters. Making this process easier helps the entire relocation experience become more pleasant and less complicated. Another main advantage for both employer and empleyee is that the person relocating can swiftly find their niche and they feel more comfortable in their new working environment. 

To guarantee our high-quality service, Best Intermediair Vastgoed Makelaardij is now starting a new venture with a company dealing with all relocation matters. This company has many years of experience being involved in all the expat services. Similar to Best Intermediair Vastgoed Makelaardij they look at each person's needs on an individual basis and they offer a variety of services to each of our customers. We realise that each person has different needs and circumstances, and in response of this we offer a wide range of expat services. We offer suitable and personal guidance for everybody. Many of the people who will assist in the process have themselves relocated either to the Netherlands or other countries around the world so they have experience about what is important to help with any relocation.

Meet and Greet
We are able to meet our clients at their location in The Netherlands and/or at the airport.

Finding a place to live
We offer an orientation trip through the region with special attention given to the possible areas where the client will live, accessibility of schools, shops, churches and other facilities. If you find a suitable place to live, we can arrange for you to have direct access to phone, television and internet and to have your mail delivered to your new address. If neccessary we can assist you in finding a family doctor, dentist etc.

Registration at local authorities
Each person that relocates to The Netherlands, must be registered with a number of authorities, like town hall and the Immigration authorities. We can arrange the necessary appointments for you and if required we can also accompany you.

Connection of public utilities
Our expat service will register you at the necessary utility companies and we will offer advice on any media connections and we also offer the possibility of assisting you with this.

Car registration, converting your driving license
Importing a car? A number of important things must be arranged in the Netherlands, such as: converting your license plate, customs, inspection service, inspection stations and registration road tax. We will list all the points for you and if neccessary offer advice and help you arrange these matters. 

Dutch Language Course
You can choose between private lessons, group lessons or intensive training. We can provide you with the necessary addresses.

School and registration
In South-East Brabant there are various possibilities for education. You can, for example, choose  between an International School or a State school. We will discuss the various options with you and make suggestions concerning the best suitable school for your children. We can introduce you and arrange the registration of your choosing.

Solving problems
We do our best to arrange everything to help your relocation become a much less daunting experience. Be assured that we will be ready to assist you in any way we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our service offers full support for the first three months. We want to ensure that our clients feel at home and have the comfort to know that someone is there to help in any difficult situations that may arise. 

It goes without saying that you can select the full package, which includes full support for you and your employee(s) from the minute they arrive in The Netherlands until their final departure.
